I haven't posted anything here since like... last summer, so I decided to come back with a bang... by doing a tutorial. Of a look that I had never even TRIED before. I was just going to do a FOTD, but I took pictures of the steps just in case it came out nicely and was worth having a tutorial of. Good idea.

YOU NEED!

Your base.
Blacktrack.
Violet pigment.
Carbon.
Knight Divine.
Your highlighting e/s.
Your mascara.

Here, you will see that my eyes are naked.

This is this grey creme shadow from Hot Topic. Earlier today, I saw a tutorial where someone used those, so I thought "hey, I have some of those lying around, I can do that" Or you could just use a normal base all over, as I'm sure that would work just as well or better. Oh, and throughout this tutorial, I have made lots of funny faces, much like the one above. Become accustomed to it.

DSCN4482.jpg

I put it on up to my crease.

DSCN4483.jpg

Theeeeen I got the purple one.

DSCN4484.jpg

I put the purple in and above my crease.

DSCN4486.jpg

BLACKTRACK.

DSCN4487.jpg

Apply a thick line of it all over your top lid.

DSCN4488.jpg

There should be about this much of it.

DSCN4490.jpg

Then make another thick line on the bottom... said the spaz who can't take pictures of herself applying makeup.

DSCN4491.jpg

Very 14-year-old scene kid, no? Well, fortunately for those of you reading this tutorial, I am not a 14-year-old scene kid... I am a 16-year-old scene kid, and I am going to continue.

VIOLET!

DSCN4494.jpg

Apply it in and around the crease. Try not to look half-conscious while doing so.

DSCN4496.jpg

I are serious Lilien. This is serious makeup.

DSCN4497.jpg

I don't think there is a joke I can make about this picture that justifies how stupid my expression is. Just get out Carbon... okay?

DSCN4498.jpg

Apply it on the lid. Don't apply it all the way up to the crease or blend it into the purple.

DSCN4499.jpg

Apply it on the bottom, too.

DSCN4500.jpg

Should be about this much of it.

DSCN4502.jpg

Next, apply Knight Divine between the black and the purple. (Yes, I did have a picture of me holding up Knight Divine and making a silly face at it, but for some reason I left it out.)

DSCN4503.jpg

Also, apply it on the outer corners, making the dark part "longer." I also lightly patted it over Carbon to see if it would make it look more shimmery.

So far...
DSCN4504.jpg

After I took this, I applied more Knight Divine because it looked kind of thin in the picture.

DSCN4505.jpg

Next step is to highlight. I use Phloof!

DSCN4506.jpg

Highlight and blend it into the purple.

DSCN4507.jpg

Fill in eyebrows if necessary... I used a medium brown eyeshadow.

I lined my upper waterline and tightlined in my upper lashline using Blacktrack between these steps, but I would probably end up killing myself if I tried to take a picture of that.

DSCN4508.jpg

Mascara, of course. Mine is a free sample of some Estee Lauder mascara, I can't remember the name.

When finished with the eye makeup, it should go something like this!

Enjoy.

Lookin good! Purples are my favs!! I have a few of those Hot Topic cream eyeshadows and they stain my eyes. Especially the red. I always look sick when I wash my face after wearing it. Does the purple do it too?

It doesn't look like that any more, though.

Thanks for all the compliments!

You're so funny! Thanks for making me laugh! Oh and awesome look, I couldn't even put eyeliner on at 16, well, maybe I'm still not so good at it!
