MAC style seeker

I'm trying to make my list.
So far it looks like this:

- Local Wares f/l (I only have Added Goodness and Dark Diversion as alternatives to black, so this will be a nice addition to my collection)
- Fashion Nomad mattene (I like Sail La Vie a lot, so I'm glad that this sounds like a fall version of it)
- Maybe Camden Chic (it looks very pretty, but I still wonder how different it is from Legendary)
- Maybe On The Hunt and Marche Aux Puces (I was sad after reading Christines review, but Liba gave me hope for these again. I'll still have to swatch them for myself to be sure)
- Most likely Hidden Treasure (it looks a bit darker than Burnt Pepper can anyone confirm this?)
- Maybe Supercontinental (I really don't need more coral blushes, but it looks very pretty. I also was afraid it would be too much like Launch Away, but it seems darker)

I wanted to skip this collection... but Supercontinental is really a "cute" coral *__* I must think about it ...

I was going to skip Supercontinental, but it really is a cute coral indeed. I need it in my life.

I got Performance Art last year and mine is much better pigmented than the one temptalia received in the W&F Duo.
It has a nice texture and good color payoff.
And I find that the color is not the same and MAC does describe them different too:

2011 -> Frosty lilac Taupe with pearl

2012 -> Platinum Silver

I got Performance Art last year and mine is much better pigmented than the one temptalia received in the W&F Duo.

I like the anonymity of the internet so will just lip pics do?  If so, maybe tomorrow if I get a chance. .  

Lip swatch is greatt, but really no pressure! I can probably go into mac sometime and try it on, and I totally understand what you mean about the anonymity of internet! I also ordered Fashion Nomad from this collection, and can't wait till I receive my things on Monday. Lately I've been wishing for more sheer lipsticks with bright colour--I seem to have amassed either sheer neutrals, or bight mattttes! I guess I should have a rummage through my glosses before I do anything hasty....,

So it turns out that some of the colors from the duos are repromotes from the colors that were only released in Europe last year? I really hope they release the green from that collex here sometime. I want to try it to sub Bottle Green because I swatched Bottle Green on me and my sallowness pulled it flat green.

I have Sail La Vie and love it too but IMO Fashion Nomad seems closer to Neon Orange which is gd 4u because they won't be too too similar

Wow T really likes the lipglasses this time. They all look gorgeous! Restless is close to pret a papier which is great. I'm mourning the one I bought from CCO that went stale before I had a chance to really use it a bunch. I'm tempted to get the orange nail polish. I'm a sucker for unique colors and the duochrome looks lovely! Still undecided about Supercontinental, but man, what a "cute" coral and Dark Diversion may as well come home with me. Hyperviolet is more violet and Idyllic doesn't look like it could be similar to DD either. Hmm. I'm glad there's a little time to think before things start flyin out of stock!

I received Restless yesterday, much much much less sticky than BR lipglasses. Almost like wearing cremesheens...almost!

I was able to compare Eclectic Edge, Knockout, and Caqui all together on Christine's swatch gallery, and while Knockout's a bit darker and redder than EE, Caqui is pretty much a dead ringer for it except that it doesn't have the shimmer that EE does. So I think I'm content with skipping EE.
