I figured it was time to start a new thread for this collection, as we start to get more information about it.

A sneak peek of the display and a breakdown of the collection can be found here:

More photos here- you have to scroll fairly far down the page:

Many thanks to @Naynadine, @sungelly87 and @vaisforluvrs for their fine detective work on this.

This seems to be a return to classical form after last year's more audacious Crazy Paris collection. What do we all think?

I adore this line, and want the eye cheek palette and some lipsticks/glosses. Elegant and beautiful! Thanks for this thread.

I'm going to the Guerlain store in Las Vegas at the end of October, and I'm hoping they will have some holiday items (but it might be a couple of weeks before the collection comes out).

I am interested in the palette as long as no lip products or other cream products are in it. And of course if it swatches well.

This is the collection I'm anticipating the most out of all of my favorite brands. I can't wait for more photos!

Sadly, nothing of interest to me. I'm so sorry I missed the Crazy Terracotta powder from last year. I even looked globally and can't find it.

I'm done mooning over the missed Guerlain Crazy Terracotta powder; I bought it from eBay. It's supposed BNNB; I've never bought anything that way before so I hope it's authentic. The seller has good reviews and sells a lot of Guerlain and there are no complaints through her long history of anything not being legit.

Does anyone else find it a little annoying that the collection is called "A Night at the Opera" but the eyeshadows are "black swan" and "white swan" as in "Swan Lake" which is a ballet, not an opera? And Petrushka is also a ballet, not an opera? Maybe it's just me but it's a bit of a weird oversight for a brand with as much class as Guerlain.

Probably won't stop me from buying stuff from the collection…
Probably.

In fact Opéra refers to the so-called Opéra de Paris, also called Opéra Garnier. France

The two duos, cygne noir and cygne blanc are for preorder on Saks.com. So is L'oiseau de feu and rouge parade gloss d'enfer. Expected date of 11/06. The palette and the balls are not available yet.
