The formula on both of the ones I got is awesome! Creamy, opaque in one swipe, good wear, doesn't settle into lips lines, not drying. I really like the packaging, it's very chic and I love the little mirror in the cap. It's very heavy, but I don't think drastically so at all. The only thing that bothers me about the packaging is it picks up finger prints.
Just saw this reply to the same question that I had. I'm glad you'r loving the formula. I find the packaging a bit much and when you accumulate several of them, keeping
them in a neat organized space is a challenge. At least it is for me. They don't fit my current system so I'm trying to come up with something different. Mine will probably
end up with their own drawer. On the upside, in addition to the incredible formula, colors and wear time, they are so heavy that it's hard to lose one even in a large purse.
Oh, and I haven't yet gone through customs or airport security with one. I imagine that could be an interesting conversation.

My jaw dropped! It looks BEAUTIFUL on you!! Truly an amazing red. Maybe it'll hop in my cart for vibr sale if greta doesn't come back in stock.
Thank you Lauren!

It's really beautiful and I'd say worth a grab if you're a big red lover!

If you're in need of a pretty pink, you might want to check out Geraldine #77 . It is gorgeous, and I think it's my favorite pink right now!!!

I did notice that due to their giant boxes they're going to need to be separated from my MAC lippies. They're all mixed in together right now and it just looks off due to the size difference. I had zero problem finding Orgueil in my purse the other day (it's longer and heavier than Garconne

) due to it's heft and large size. Airport security could get a bit interesting.

I only have a small cross body clutch that was gifted to me by my boyfriend that I use every day. It fits my phone, keys, and cards. Unfortunately makeup doesn't really fit in there unless it's shaped like a bobbi brown lipgloss. So one drawback to me for the rouge g's is I can't carry them for touch ups. Though, as a student, I usually bring a little makeup bag in my backpack and it fits in there. :) just not when I go out to dinner or such.

I see your dilemma. Well, you could apply the RG before you leave and touch up w/a BB gloss in a similar color or get a bigger CBB

I'm experiencing a similar
situation w/my iPhone 6 Plus--I've had to start caring a little larger 'small" purse.

Hehe! I'd love to get another daily CBB, but I'm worried about hurting my Boyfriend's feelings. (I knowwww, it sounds super silly!) It was his first "big gift" to me, and it's Micahel Kors that he picked it out all by himself. I was shocked by his good taste!

I do have a lot of glosses, so bringing a touchup gloss seems like a really great idea!! Luckily, with the deeper colors of RG they have awesome lasting power. Granted I don't smear my food all over my face at dinner.

I was just wondering about the kiss kiss line! Any thoughts on how it compares to the rouge Gs?
I'm such a guerlain newb and I'm trying to get my cart in order for the VIBR sale haha!

I'm a newb too and have never tried out the Kiss Kiss line before. I may put this one in my bag though to try.

I haven't got any of the new Kiss Kiss lipsticks, but I do have a lot of the older shades and those really vary depending on the shade. Generally they are not as creamy and long lasting as the Rouge G lipsticks. (That said, there are a few rouge G's that also aren't that creamy or long lasting.) If you're put off by the heavy case of Rouge G's, then Kiss Kiss lipsticks might be a better fit, but I would also recommend trying out the Rouge Automatiques, those are really lovely too and the cases are very light.

Thank you! I'm new to Guerlain and didn't know how they fared against the Rouge G's. I think I'll go do some Googling on the Automatiques.

The KissKiss has nothing in common with the Rouges G formula. The KissKiss have a very light formula ( quite moisturizing ) and pigmentation is average. The Rouges G are creamy, very pigmented, pure luxury ( around 40 € here which means much more for you ). If you need an everyday lipstick, the KissKiss will be perfect ( but again very light ), if you prefer a rich formula with luxury pigments the Rouges G are for you ( and the packaging is very heavy with a Mirror ). Both are very very different.
