I would assume that they are all bad since its a chemical we use in our hair, so I can only suggest what I use to keep my hair healthy. For at home I've used the olive oil relaxer and I like it, but I'm always dying my hair so haven't relaxed in a while but when I do I use that.

Try a hair relaxer that is designed for sensitive skin like Afiirm Fiberguard range.
