I think they do this too. Quite a few times we've seen repromotes that don't look EXACTLY like the originals. Althought bright, the By Request CYY doesn't look quite as bright as the Quite Cute CYY. I now wonder if the permanent CYY will look more like By Request or Quite Cute. I have the one from the BR collection but I'm still kicking myself for not getting the original from QC.

My co worker introduced me to this lovely shade and when we went to the MAC store and asked for it they only had 3 left!!!! But the gorgeous MAC guy did say it was permanent!! yay!!

As soon as I saw that Candy Yum Yum was available online, I ordered one. I was and still am doing the happy dance. I am so glad that MAC made this lipstick permanent.
