I realized that reviews can't always be trusted. I got naked3 when urban decay 1st put it on their site. I didn't use it until recently. I was so close to returning because reviews were saying that it lacked pigmentation. I even had a few friends that returned it because they did not like how it swatched. Anyway, I finally gave in & used it & it was perfect to me. I used it on myself & clients. I was nervous with this nars palette because ppl have been complaining so I decided to pull it out yesterday & I lightly touched the shades & got great pigmentation. I think everyone has different expectations from products so reviews will vary.

Girl, get your points! I had no idea they were going to have it. I had called Sephora on Wednesday to find out if/when they would have it. They told me they would only have the cheek palette.

She didn't have any issues with the palette and said that the quality was there. You can see her using the palette in the 2nd video.

I asked British Beauty Blogger on twitter what the quality was like and she said it was good except the dark purple shadow so I finally caved and ordered it. Let's see what it's like! It will be the first time I try NARS eyeshadows so I won't be able to compare but still!

I finally saw it on the NARS website today as I got an email with a free shipping code. I added it to my cart, tried the code but it didn't work. I went to dinner, tried the code again (still not working) but now I get an error message telling me it's out of stock! I'm so disappointed! :'( Had I known that, I would have ordered it without the free shipping code. :'(

Subjective opinions are subjective. It's also entirely possible some of them got bad batches, or whatever else.

I would probably do the same but there are no Nordstroms close to me. That's why I was so glad I could get it while I was home. I'll live. At least I have it.

One Sephora I called said they were going to have it, another said they weren't sure yet.
The only solace is that it's available for six months, so there should be plenty of time and options with regards to getting this.
I really hope they do too, as that would be 83 points toward VIB.

I ordered in the EU site too, I bought it because the price is good compared to duos and I've never tried NARS eyeshadows so I'm looking forward to trying the palette, I hope it's good. I'm annoyed that I didn't notice that the spring collection was available, I would've ordered something from that instead of the goodbye Emanuelle lipstick, although I also felt like trying the formula

Has anyone who purchased from the UK site received a dispatch email? I ordered on Friday and got an order confirmation but have heard nothing since! Surely it shouldn't take this long!!!!

Order status is still 'in progress'. I kinda expected some delays. Usually they are very fast. I used to order from HQ Hair, but now they sell Nars UK only. It was many €s cheaper. At least we have Nars EU -sites now. No Nars counters in my country, nearest is Stockholm, Sweden, Sephora with very limited range and veeery expensive.
