. I'm asian, my skin is yellow/golden skin-toned. I wanna say that my skin-tone is light-medium but I'm not really sure. From the looks of swatches I found online: Fiji, Ceylan, and Punjab looks the closest for my skin-tone, just which one will be better for my skin-tone than the other two?? I can't get matched to a shade because there's not a Sephora store and no Nars cosmetic stand here or close by where I'm from. Please and thank you to any that can help me!

I'm more neutral toned than you (I wear 118 in MUFE, NW25 in MAC) and Fiji is my perfect fall/winter match. It's slightely yellow but not too much that I would mind. In the summer when i'm darker, I wear Punjab which I think matches NC30/NW30. I would say Fiji should work fine for u.

I think Shadowy Lady is wearing Punjab right now, hopefully she'll chime in.

MUFE 120 is much mush yellower than 118, it just looks weird on me, 118 is perfect. Nars Fiji matches me fine in fall/winter, and you are correct Punjab is my perfect match right now that I have a tan

I'm Asian (Chinese) with yellow undertones, about NC25 and Santa Fe might work for you. It's a perfect match for me.

After trying Deauville, I'm really confused with how my skin fits with foundations. It was too yellow for me, but I've been matched to both NC/NW 20, which is that Nars shade most of you gals say should match.

It seems like all the girls who are similar to my skin tone [and wear other foundation shades that I wear] are wearing this foundation in Tahoe...but I bought Macao, which is ok but a little dark. I may go back and get Tahoe. I could mix the two if needed, now that Nars does a pump...

I am an NC43 in Mac studio fix powder and I wear Mineralize skin finish in medium/dark, Blot powder in dark. In Nars, Tahoe and/or Syracuse works well for me, I found that there is no big difference between the two. I also wear Smashbox M3 and this color works well, too. For a drugstore brand I can wear Revlon Colorstay in Golden Caramel and Toast, depending on the time of year. Thank goodness that I don't tan much. I hope this helps!

I'm NW 20 and I've been researching colour matches. I see people who have the same colouring as me choosing Deauville and Santa Fe. Which is a better match?! I'm so confused! :(

I know this is years later but I wanted to see if anyone had advice.

MAC recently released shades in between NC45 and NC50 for the Studio Fix foundation. I am matched to NC46. However, there are a lot of foundation matrices that include this shade because it is so new I guess. I want a NARS Sheer Glow foundation but I believe Macao is too dark. I lighter in the central area of my face than my outer. I have yellow undertones. But I think Tahoe is too light.

Please help :)
