What is your favorite NARS eyeshadow or eyeshadow duo?
When I first got into NARS it was all about the blushes?
How good are the eyeshadows? Are they really worth
the price tag?

thanks ladies!

I love the duos quite a lot, I find the single ones are more hit and miss. Here's a list of some of my faves:

- Bali single
- Jolie Poupee duo
- Cordura duo
- South Paccific duo
- Star Sailor duo
- Habanera duo

They're completely worth it.

- Eurydice duo
- Lola Lola
- Ashes to Ashes
- Galapagos
- Fez

The Cheyenne and Wicked duos are currently on sale for $10 each at Sephora if you wanted to try one out first.

They're hit and miss, but the ones that are a hit are really worth it. For example Kalahari, Habanera, Persepolis, Caravaggio. I also like Violetta, but I only really use the purple side of it. The only one that hasn't worked out for me thus far was Kuala Lumpur. Stunning in the pan, but zero colour payoff.

They are totally worth the price if you find the right shade, which is very doable!

Okinawa trio is a new favorite, i love that blue shade
Isolde
Key Largo
Galapagos
Carravaggio
Mediterranne
just to name a few ;)

Has anyone tried Charade? I've been wanting it since I saw those gorgeous photos of Whitney Port a couple of weeks ago..

Have you tried it with a darker base? My Kalahari is a little bit low on the colour payoff - I use it with MAC's Constructivist paint pot sometimes and it looks a bit richer that way. So does the green shade in the Earth Angel duo.

Nzsallyb my favorite neutral ones (and I have them used A LOT since I bought them) are the All about Eve and Bellisima Duo. For me, they are a must. Fleshy tones, but very very luminous.

Ashes to Ashes is an absolutely gorgeous mid-tone taupe. It has a sheen, but is not super-frosty and the colour payoff is fantastic. I think it would be a natural in a neutral smoky eye.

Agreed on on All About Eve, Cordura is also a great brown neutral. Pandora is my go to black and white combo
