I have NC20 skin tone, green eyes, and dark brown hair (almost black, so you get the darkness of the brown).

Eyes:
MAC Painterly Paint Pot all over lid (any primer of your choice)
Benefits Skinny Jeans eyeshadow cream (Very lightly on lid. Any light pewter type gray)
Birds and Berries e/s using a 224 brush it onto the lid to desired amount of color (enough to leave little gray behind).
MAC's Soft Brown lightly in the crease with 224 brush.
MAC's Bisque on my brow bone with my 224.
MAC's Undercurrent Pearlglide liner lined my upper and lower lid.
Curled my lashes and used a brown/black mascara.

Face:
Brows: My brows are dark and dense, so I just lightly go over them with MACs Coffee eyeliner.
NC20 Mineralize SPF15 Foundation with a 130 brush (and used MACs Prep and Prime foundation primer before)
Concealed areas that needed concealing.
With a 187 I lightly dusted Mineralized skinfinish in By Candlelight *Optional* I did this to have a little more of a pinkie tanned look to my face.
Used Macs "Posey" cream blush lightly on the cheeks with some cheap target duo brush. Contoured my cheeks with MACs Harmony blush.
And highlighted with MAC's Shell cream colorbase.

Lips:
Lined my lips and filled them in with MAC's "In Sync" liner.
Topped it off with "English Accents" lipglass from the London of Liberty Collection. (Doing this actually looked like a glossy slightly more violet tinted version of Viva Gaga lipstick imo).

And that's it.
