What was your pay? Was it just commission or was it hourly and commission? What was the average hourly rate and commission? Did they allow you to show tattoos?

I am hoping to score a job through Origins in a free standing store (not a counter). Does anyone know if they allow visible tattoos? I have my fingers tattooed very subtley and nothing offensive, but I still worry they aren't that kind of company. Can anyone help?
