Thanks! Yeah it's been up since Friday. I messaged them on Facebook on Saturday asking why the palette wasn't up and they just said they would contact the appropriate department and get back to me but that hasn't happened yet. Oh Sephora. It looks like the two cheek duos are mixed up too, unless coral is no longer what I thought it was.

Sorry to be a downer but they've both messed up my debit! Pending/not pending, than when they decide, it's as if they charged me multiple times! I try not to shop at Macy's or Sephora unless the deal or Ebates is phenomenal and it is the best or only choice.

May I ask how it differs in color from Rouge Volupte #1? I'm trying not to collect all LE's anymore but it is very difficult unless I already have a dupe. Thank you in advance!

I could prove they messed with me on multiple occasions as well as violate their own terms! Because of that, I got them to kiss my a$$ but they're still not reliable imho. I try to avoid it. But, if you can prove it and throw their illegal activity and how many thousands you've given their way.. You just may get what you want with no questions asked.. Just saying.. But be sure you can prove it. I'm talking numerous phone calls, emails, receipts, bank calls, records, tweets, DM's, everything! They got to expand and lessen the great customer service thanks to our money. Remember that.

I used my credit card so if this extra charges don't drop within 5 days I'll be calling my card company

They have 8% back at Ebates so if you spend $200, you'll make 8% to use later anywhere you want! If you really want to be Rouge.. They've been stuffing the Rouge benefits though.. We aren't always getting special perks first.. It just seems that way. Other than 2day shipping on any price amount, they screw us IMO, and for $10, you can subscribe to have that free 2day shipping too! Really think about what brands you buy and if you'd feel warranted in your choice by becoming Rouge. I hope your decision makes you happy!

I don't blame you. Sephora once told me it can take up to a month. That's just wrong! What gape bed to them? They used to be so knowledgable and send e dry thing in great boxes with extras! Now I'm scared of them! Haha! You deserve better. Always. I'm sorry you're going through this. I hope it's amended immediately. I feel ya!

Yup tried :haha: one time use only!! But I think they will soon have it for BI's as a code or otherwise so maybe there will be a new code ( usually happens with exclusive codes for rouge)
