I just made an impulsive purchase from sephora...same old same old
I bought this VIB Rouge only YSL lipstick!

I love dark reds so I couldn't help myself.


I also got a set from Verb

Excited to try it!

Sephora has been coming up with soooo many brands lately, hard to keep up.


They also had a trio of Caudalie deluxe samples with code VIBCAUD

And I RE-ROUGED!!!

I"m gonna try to not make a purchase until the F&F sale. Wish me luck!

It does take a special kind of incompetence to not be able to compensate people properly. At this point it's funny. A part of me just wants to say eff it because the $50 doesn't make or break me and it's not like I need to buy anything, but principles blah blah. Why is the thought of dealing with Sephora exhausting right now? I've spent the past day talking to USPS about how they suck and I'm tired of having to make calls about poor service.

This made me laugh & cheer!!! I REALLY love your last sentence because it's TRUE! USPS SUCKS!!!! They recently had a commercial touting how much better, faster, efficient they are....I think I said to the tv....you're none of those things

It did exhaust me mentally try to deal with Sephora yesterday, especially after she couldn't get ANY of my info straight. How hard, how hard?

And then one of my packages from a different company was delivered to someone in another state & I couldn't get anyone to help me.

I finally called Sephora and I got my $50! Apparently I was another victim of email delivery failure. I placed my order right then and there on the phone. I'm so happy!

Every time that commercial comes on I give my TV the double bird. Please. I hope you can get ahold of your package. What a mess.

I'm so sorry about your MIA package and no one to help you!!! I hate that feeling.

I've decided I'm not going to call. I'm just tired and I don't even care. What I did do was just send an email through their regular contact address and if I get an answer, great. If not, whatever.

Call CS!! They will add it to your account!I dont know if they will give out the code but they probably will ask you to call back after placing the items you want to order in the cart or ask to do a phone order!! They get the codes from a different team just before placing the order I think! My call was placed on hold for a while too before they got the code and placed the order!! But you can always insist you want to do it later and ask them for the code! worth a try!!

Does the Rouge Concierge line help with these things or do we have to call the general cs number?
