I intend on getting the new Too Faced palette, however, I'm contemplating whether I should wait to see swatches and reviews first before I make a decision to buy it or not. I've read that their holiday palettes can be hit or miss in regards to fall out and pigmentation, so I'm hoping that it performs well because I really want it. I missed out on their previous holiday palettes and have pined for those when I discovered them but the color selection in this palette in comparison to the previous ones appeals to me the most so I'm having a hard time being patient and not putting through the order for it that is currently sitting in my cart, lol.I wanted KVD La Vida Loca palette but i watched swatches and im not impressed
im waiting for TARTE palette.
I too wanted the KVD Mi Vida Loca Remix palette but seeing the swatches of it has put me on the fence about whether I should get it or not. I think I'm going to wait until other people order it and start reviewing it or go to the store and swatch it myself before making a decision to purchase it. It seems as though the swatches that have come out thus far either show a thick layering of the eyeshadow to get it show up nicely over a base and in other swatches, some of the colors do not look as pigmented, vibrant, or 100% true to the colors as they look in the pan.

I did order it (and some friends), but it's on backorder until the end of the month. I went with NM since Ebates was higher there.
I ordered the new Hourglass Edit palette this morning! Holy heck, $95 for it! I'm such a sucker though for everything in it since I missed the blush palette last year and use the Ambient light palette in my kit. Thank goodness for my $50 credit from Sephora, I honestly don't know if I would have pulled the trigger if I didn't have that. Holiday collections,why are you so tempting?

@hitchcockblonde I am waiting on your UPS delivery too!! :haha: I was so sure that I was gonna get the HG palette as soon as it launched but I cant seem to pull the trigger yt!! I know I will use all the shades in the palette, but i just need to know how small the pans really are. I just need to Know a good blush or powder brush can pick up the products without disturbing the neighbouring shades!!:amused:

After Karen's swatch I'm still trying to figure out if it's for me. I may just get the original ambient lighting powder palette instead and just pick up the one blush I wanted. I'm not interested in their bronzers anyways. Haha I'll definitely post some size comparison and swatch pictures, if not tonight then tomorrow. Honestly if I don't love it I'm returning it. I've only returned maybe 5 things this entire year and $80 is too much money to waste if I don't love it. There are too many other good looking holiday collections coming out.

I finally used the $50 credit and ordered the UD Naked Smoky pallete. I was on the fence about it for a while, but I finally went for it. I have the first three and use them all the time so hopefully it will be a good investment. What did everyone else get?

Ladies allow me to vent b/c I don't have anywhere else to do so. I lost my damn wallet in the mall a couple of hours ago. The one time I decide to put it in my bag as opposed to my pocket. I had it one minute and it's gone the next. I left the movie theater and something said just go home, but I'm like nah. Went back in the mall to go to Victoria's Secret. I went to checkout and wallet is gone. I had it when I left the theater so I'm turning everything inside out, my bag, the other shopping bag. Nothing. Sometimes I have a little panic attack, but I always find my wallet quick. Retraced my steps, asked around, looked for shady people and nothing. My memory is fuzzy because there was nothing out of the ordinary, but I assume I was moving around in my bag before I got to the counter and at some point the wallet flipped out w/o me noticing. Of course no one has the decency to give your stuff back. In my wallet was my driver's license, my bus card (yes because I hate to drive), my debit card, my VIB rouge and Starbucks card. So I stopped the debit card ASAP, but someone is going to get some free latte's and if they are sophisticated enough, some nice Sephora treats if I don't find a way to close those things down. I need to make calls. You know a bus card is damn near $100 b/c I get 4 zones. So someone can ride all around the garden state on my dime. They stop selling cards after the 10th so I'm assed out for the rest of month. I'll either have to drive or become one of those people fumbling for change for the rest of the month. The biggest pain in my ass is my license. Seriously, you could leave that behind? You got a nice Marc Jacobs wallet, too. People, ugh. I'm not mother teresa, but I'm not keeping someone else's license. For what? I hope they don't decide to come kill me. Anyway. Today is 9/11 and I have a lot of blessings in my life. I got this little bit of rage, but the perspective will come in and I'll be fine. It just bothers me that I've found wallets before and never have I thought to just get away with it. That's so shady. Oh and I had to have someone meet me at home to pay a cab $50 b/c I had ZERO dollars on me.

That is one of my biggest fears. This is just awful. I wouldn't even know where to begin or what numbers to call to stop things. So sorry you're going through this and you should vent away all you need! Maybe someone will surprise you and try to get in touch with you. My husband found someone's wallet once and it took some time to actually locate the person, but they got their wallet back.Oh and I had to have someone meet me at home to pay a cab $50 b/c I had ZERO dollars on me.

Oh no!! Keep checking with the mall admin. You know those people take their time to do stuff. Maybe somebody will eventually return it and you'll have some peace of mind. I got everything put on hold except Sephora. They put me on a hella long hold. I'm going to call back in a few. I went to mall security and they paged other people asking if anything had been turned in. They did take my name and number and I could see a whole list of names and numbers with reasons like "debit card" and "wallet" in a book. Some from just yesterday. Something told me to stay in the damn house today. It wasn't my day. I don't lose things. I just panic for second b/c paranoia and then I turn right around and find it. I retraced my steps, looked all in the sale bin (because it was an outlet). About 30 minutes I spent in there looking and got associates to look and kept asking up front if someone turned it in. Christmas just came early for someone, that's all.:whoa:
