Yesterday I finally got my first order via ON shipping. I placed this order on the first day of the sale. Everything else was still listed as "sent to warehouse" as of last night.

Ermmm...so either all the Lime Crime sold out from Sephora or they pulled it from the site??!! Has anyone else noticed this?

I stumbled across the beautytalk section at Sephora's website...someone said on there that they called the rouge hotline and was told Sephora stopped carrying the line.  There must've been some backlash.  I placed an order for some...I wonder if they'll ship...?
I had the two I ordered in my Loves list. They're gone from that, too. I hope the delay in shipping doesn't mean they called back my order to pull them. Guess I wil. Know for absolute sure when I get my package.

Yes, but for me is 250 points =( I placed my order on Monday and one more today .
Was just about to post my email! But they only gave me 250 points. Pft. LOL. I am only a VIB though, maybe they give more if you're a Rogue? Not sure what you are. For reference I placed 3 online orders (4 if you're including FF) and all were sent out in a timely manner except for one. I also made two trips two the store.. but that's another story...

I'm Nov 20th. ... And I got zero points. Alrighty then.
I got the same email...except there was no mention of points. What's interesting is that my email says I should expect to recive my order by the 20th, but the last of my orders shipped yesterday, so it makes me wonder if the wires are crossed, OR this package is being recalled to pull my LC items. I'm not going to even bother to call, but rather wait until, the package comes to know for sure.

Yup...I heard possible backlash as well....they said if people ordered them they will receive them. Wish I had ordered now. I am surprised Sephora reacted this way....they've been under the gun for plenty of other stuff before and not reacted so harshly.

If anyone is looking for Lime Crime Velvetine Matte Lipstick's they are on sale on Urban Outfitter's website for 20% off making them $16 each. Colors Salem and Wicked are available. Ive never tried the brand so I think I better stay away in case I end up loving it and need to get more :p
they're back?? they weren't there when I looked yesterday!

I got the email! 500 points but im rouge so maybe it is 250 for vib? Honestly i dun mind waiting for a few extra days for free points lol

I got the order I placed on the 5th, but the one I placed on the 7th is still sitting there (as is the later one). I got 500 points as well. I'm VIBR. Maybe it has to do with either the date the order was placed (just how late is it) or the dollar amount. Who knows?

Well I ordered on the 6th and already received that order. It came a few days ago.

I have orders from the 10th and the 11th.. That have NOT shipped... and they still sent me the email and promised 250 pts? - I am NOT rouge.. sooo I dunno ?

I agree with Josepine. I would call or email.. Tell them your friends are getting emails promising 500 points -- and ask why you werent offered points as well. It surely wont hurt to ask!

I got an apology e-mail and they're adding 500 points to my account . This wasn't my primary order so I don't really mind. My last two orders will arrive Nov 20.

They seem to be trying to make amends. I'm hanging onto that e-mail until the 500 points appear on my account.

I just want my order from the 9th to ship! It has my shampoo and hair serum. I'm on my last couple washes of my current bottle and really don't want to buy more before my order gets here.
which shampoo & serum did you get..? I always love to hear about new hair products I haven't tried.
