right! I'm not stealing I don't want cash back I'm exchanging things that were given to me and even when I ask for a gift receipt for gifts i'm giving to friends the SA's even tell me "they don't need it" uhhhh YES they do if we are going to be put on a list and not exchange things for a year! a freakin YEAR. it went from 90 days to a year and that 3rd party company is just stupid. I call them asking how long I'm on the list and they always go "i don't know" well sh*t who does know! LOL i ask to talk to a manager and they "aren't around" uhhh...anyways, I think my year is almost up bc the last time I tried to exchange something was in August after my bday and was denied.

why does it take so long for JCP Sephora to update my beauty bank? Sephora Cust Serv says it takes 72 hours and i'm like well damn if i return at JCP u take it out within 5 min lol my JCP order from yesterday would requalify me as Rouge for 2016 and i want my MJ lippie LOL

The competent mail lady was on today and gave my box to the office. Apparently, Sephora put a tiny little nail polish in an ultra tall box that wouldn't fit inside my mailbox. It's still amazing to me how USPS can tell me it's been delivered and have me losing my mind thinking someone else has it because I can tell you right now no one here is honorable enough to give it to me.

It was out of stock (I first noticed in my loves) and I set up a notification and not too long after I got an email saying it was back in stock.

What an absolutely needless fiasco. USPS is lousy at updating their site too!

USPS is just lousy. According to them I should have had my Linda blush yesterday but if you look at where the package currently is, unless there is a time tunnel they can throw it into it's still in Houston. I see USPS and inwardly groan.
