That was a great demo. I'm go glad I pre-ordered the warmer eyeshadow and blush palettes. The purple shades are pretty but way too cool for me. Hopefully they ship soon. I'm anxious to play with them.

Booooooo just got this in my email.... guess they will not be shipping soon!

"Dear Valued MUSE BEAUTY.PRO Customer,
We have recently been contacted by VISEART Paris that there is a delay in the arrival of the New VISEART Theory S/S 2017 Collection. We have been notified that we will receive and be able to ship your Pre-Order by April 14, 2017. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

As a THANK YOU for your patience and understanding we will be including a COMPLIMENTARY VISEART Petit Pro Palette ($30 Value) with your Pre-Order. A small token of our appreciation to you, our loyal customer."

Yay for a free palette though! But I was so hoping these would ship this week.

I received the same email in the mail about the Viseart palettes. While I'm disappointed not the be getting it this week I think Viseart and Muse are doing an excellent job of customer service on this. They apologized, provided an explanation as to why and giving those who ordered a complimentary palette! I don't think it gets any better than that.

Considering all of the palettes are hand made, the delay makes sense. Perhaps more were ordered than they anticipated. ANnyway....you can't argue with getting a $30 palette for free.

I just order Nuance and Minx on Muse Beauty and it say shipping for April 14th so I guess I shouldn't hold my breath and also expect delays.

I received last week Warm matte palette and i'm in LOVE. I don't know which one I want next???
I'm debating between the Cool matte and the Sultry, I do not want the Neutral Matte because the Warm Matte pretty much covered my need in brown matte eyeshadows. Anyone tried both (Cool matte vs Sultry) and have a preference? I will probably wait till the Sephora sale or order from beautylish and choose the 3 payments options.

I just put in an order last night, and Lasership never popped up as an option. Then again, 1) I ordered enough for free shipping (I don't have flash shipping right now), and 2) my orders are shipped via USPS anyway. (And in good time, too.)

"As of March, 2017, there have been over 6000 posts on Amazon, most of them negative, about their shoddy delivery services: packages not being delivered, drivers stealing packages, manhandled packages, etc. [SUP][9][/SUP] The Better Business Bureau does not accredit this company, due to failure to respond to over 30 complaints filed against their business. You don't select Lasership, Sephora does. All my previous orders shipped with other carriers, but when I looked at my tracking for my latest order, it's thru Lasership.

In our area Amazon uses lasership for same day/next day delivery. So far we haven't had any problems. I've seen the problems and complaints on line, too. if something gets lost as long sephora fixes it...

I understand the lasership pain.

Sephora has been using ontrac in my area for some time now. It is a horrible company that loses, damages, and probably steals packages all the time. I avoid ordering from Sephora because of this switch. Some packages will still ship ups, but it is a gamble what service they will use.

That's awful.

Just checked my tracking. Package was "left at front door" yesterday. Had it delivered to my work. We have a shipping/receiving department, a security guard, and a receptionist, and Lasership left my Sephora order at the "front door." Rrrrright. According to security footage, they walked up to our large, professional building and left the box on the ground outside of shipping/receiving, never trying to contact anyone. That makes sense.

Sephora needs to fix this.

Sephora has been shipping my orders via Lasership since mid-February. A few of my orders were shipped by UPS but the majority are shipped via Lasership. I personally haven't had any issues with it, however, I feel as though Sephora could be a bit more transparent to customers about using them as an additional shipping service.
