I'm sure you've all seen and obsessed over the Sugarpill pro palette. The moment I saw it, I NEEDED it. The only problem is, its only sold at Special events such as IMATS. Finding that out was heart breaking

!! Why oh why does everything I want have to be LE or unavailable!!??!?!

Then one day I was on Youtube browsing Sugarpill reviews and WALLAH!!! I came across Airi Magdalene's video entitled "How to depot your Sugarpill shadows and make a kick ass palette"

Could it be?!?! It makes so much sense! The perfect DIY project!

I couldnt wait one second longer. I went online and searched palettes that would fit my sugarpill eyeshadows and found this one on International fun shop.

www.fun-shop.com

Ben Nye 12 Color palette $9.00 + S&H $10.20 = $19.20

The shipping was expensive, but it was very fast. I got mine 2 days after I ordered!

I didn't know when I ordered the palette that it said "Ben nye pressed colour palette" on the cover, so seeing it I was thrown off.
I wasnt sure if my sugarpill sitcker would cover it.

To my delight it was a PERFECT fit!

I grabbed my sugarpill eyeshadows and depotted right away!

Having singles, I had the option so save the sticker. Mind you, It is much more work to depot the singles vs. the quads but I like having the label on the back so I didnt care. It was worth the extra labor of love in my eyes.

After depotting, my next question was "will they fit?"

YES YES YES YES OMG YES! They were a PERFECT fit. The Ben Nye palette is magnetic so the eyeshadows popped right in with absolutely no problems. They are also super easy to move around because of those little holes you see. I just take something small and pointy like the end of a rat tail comb, or a dotting tool, push them through the back and they come right out.

Overall I am very pleased and excited as balls to fill it up.

If you're like me and wanted the pro palette but couldn't get a hold of it, this is a FANTASTIC option!

If you have any questions, or decide to make your own palette as well post it on this thread!

Ben Nye palettes still work but they look a little different with the window cut out now. I don't mind the Ben Nye branding.
