I've noticed people mentioning the abundance of purples on here, but honestly...I'd LOVE to see more!
Here are some of my more recent purple looks:
I ADORE purple and with my green/hazel eyes, it's a must!
FOTD 01/13/'09
Face:
*cream concealer stick under the eyes and around nose/mouth area. -Physician's Formula concealer.
*pressed powder foundation from Cover Girl, applied with a large brush.
Eyes:
*Primer: "Purrple" cream shadow by Beauty RUSH from Victoria's Secret
*From lid to brow bone: "Parfait Amour" pressed e/s by MAC
*Outer crease inward: "Grape" pigment by MAC
*under bottom lash line, from inner corner to outer: "Violet" pigment by MAC
*Black mascara from Maybelline.
Lips:
*Burt's Bees Pomegranate oil lip balm
More purple, LOVE them!
Face:
-Same as above
*cream blush on apples of cheeks, L'Oreal 'Touch-On Colour' "Get Down Plum" -my FAVE blush, ever.
Eyes:
*Primer: "Purrple" Cream shadow by Beauty RUSH from Victoria's Secret
*Inner corner of the eye is Fuschia and then "Grape" from Beauty is blended inward from the rest of the lid.
*The brow bone is a light shimmery pink by Jane as highlight.
*I've got a dark matte purple liquid eyeliner from Hot Topics over my top lid.
*Purple mascara from Beauty Rush/Victoria's Secret.
*Black pencil e/l on the water line.
*Purple pencil e/l on the bottom lash line with some "Viz-a-Violet" pigment pressed over it.
-shadows applied with a shadow brush from Target.
Lips:
*The lip color is "Pink Mocha" pigment by Napolean Perdis that I just lightly dabbed over clear Bert's Bee's lip balm.
"Red Grape" FoTD 12/20/2008
Face:
-same as above.
Eyes:
-no primer
*On my lid (red) "Isis" from BeautyfromtheEarth.com, applied dry
*I used my home-made Mixing Medium and using an eyeliner brush I applied "Isis" wet as an eyeliner, too...for that "foiled" look.
*The dark purple is "Grape" by MAC pigments
*Light shimmery pink baked eyeshadow by Jane as a highlight on my brow bone.
*I applied "Violet" by MAC pigments on the very inner corners of my eyes, just a little.
*"Purple Shock" eyeliner pencil under my bottom lash line by Rimmel London's "Exaggerate" waterproof eyeliner.
*Blackest Black mascara by Maybelline's "Great Lash" line.
Lips:
*Wet n Wild 'Diamond Brilliance' "red (#615)"
