violet duo gloss mixed with parfait amour e/s

I cannot exactly remember the name of the mineralized duo e/s but it's something like sky & water or...? But it's blue and it came out in the summer!
that on top of blacktrack fluid line as a base and then with brule & rice paper e/s for a highlight.
