Best foundation, full coverage, brightens skin

Hi there, can anyone recommend a medium to full coverage foundation that isn't matte and brightens the look of the skin? I've been using Revlon Colorstay for years, it still suits my skin, good coverage and lasts all day, but it doesn't really do much other than cover my acne scars. My skin used to be very oily but not that I'm in my late 30s its more on the normal side. Hoping that I'm not asking for a miracle!

Some options: Make Up For Ever Ultra HD, It Cosmetics CC Cream (the original one in the silver tube), NARS Natural Radiant Longwear, L'Oréal Infallible Freshwear — all medium coverage with either a natural or dewy finish.

Another option is to buy a liquid highlighter (there are several on the market at varying price points) and mix it in with your existing foundation to give it a bit of a glow.

I think for brightening the skin overall, that's something you should address in your skincare routine.
