What is the best brush to use to get the outter v look?
User20 Well-known member Sep 1, 2005 #3 The 219 does the trick for me. If it's too pricey (which it was for me) buy the Lise Watier Contour brush (it's a pencil too), I swear by it. It's also good fro blending kohls and detail work in the crease.
