Hi guys , I would love feedback on how you do grew job with interviewing with estee lauder and then can't pass Belk assessment,I went for about 5 interviews with lauder in this process the recruiter from lauder recommended to 2 of the busiest counters in my area , my resume consist of some of the best companies to work for in the beauty industry but unfortunately didn't pass belks assessment,I'm meeting back with recruiter she says she would like to discuss opportunities with me any advice on where this may be going and what's the deal with the Belk assessment?
