Electric blue pencil for waterline?

What's a really good bright blue kohl pencil that shows up VIBRANTLY on the waterline? I've tried several and they don't show up opaque on the waterline at all. Should be a bright electric blue, not navy blue.

Please do not recommend from MUFE, Nars or UD as those brands I can't get here (easily).

Here are my favs: Lancome - Le Crayon Kohl, Ciel Blue -- this is blue blue.. or Vatulele which is more turqouise blue.

Prestige: Lagoon, or Powder blue (this may be dcd as I bought a few for backups).

Styli Style: Madrid -- a deeper blue but still cobalt

Mystic Japan: several shades if you can find this brand

Faber Castell -- several shades of blues

Sometimes I put MAC's Blue Peep Fluidline on my waterline and its pops!

Aren't you going back to Van sometime soon? I thought I saw that on your Facebook Page.. If you don't need it ASAP I would wait and pick up either MUFE 7L or UD Electric. For me, UD liners stick better to my waterline than MUFE. Sorry for recommending what you asked us not to!

Try Bourjois' Metallise in Bleu clinquant. It's really vibrant, soft and stays on the waterline for a long time. And it's not expensive at all.

I just used Blue Peep on my waterline yesterday, and it lasted a while!

I know it's not clearly electric blue(like UD's 24/7 liner), but it's pretty bright for a gel liner.

My favourite is Aqua Line (Let's Twist Eye Liner) by GOSH. I initially thought it was a dupe for MAC's Artistic License, but I find it's brighter.

I think you meant Milani.

Cargo has new liners out and I think there's an electric blue included. Sorry I can't remember the name of it.
