Help with Brumes eyeshadow

I would suggest wearing either a shimmery primer or layering a bright blue colour underneath the blue/ grey shade from Brumes. I'd also guess that there's a warmer highlight shade applied to the top part of the lid that helps warm and lighten the brown colour.

Have you tried using the eyeshadows wet? It works wonders on dark shades.
Also she probably was under strong artificial lighting during the event, so the end result under natural light would be different.
