Help with eyeshadow

Let me see if i can explain this right.
When i put frosty colors on the "inner V" of my eye, it seems to streak or smudge under my eye buy the end of the day. And it ends up looking like i dont know how to put on makeup..Anybody know how i can stop this.

I use paints to keep shadow from moving, and from what I hear fluidline is awesome for that too.
