That looks alot like the Seventease face chart that was up on the mac site for the autumn/winter 2008 trend looks. I'll see if I can hunt it down.

You could probably recreate it using Gorgeous Gold as the shade on the inner part of the upper lid and maybe Antiqued on the outer part.
