You can try elipticals. Not only are they pretty good for a cardio workout, it also works the lower body.

cardio! I love the elliptical. Most classes too are actually mostly women usually-- try spin and sweat your ass off.

eat a very healthy and clean diet to reduce your belly fat....do a lot of cardio, drink lots of water....as for your butt, the ellipticals work very well, walking on a treadmill on an incline, stairmaster.....also lunges and squats.

do that ski thing i have no idea what it is called but it toned my butt so good..also running slims you down pretty fast too!
