Omg these swatches are killing.me!!! I'm so glad I got them today. I can't WAIT until they come in the mail. I was stressed 'cause my receipt just says 'pigment'. There will be HELL to pay if they mess up my order.

I saw everything in person and only liked the sparkylicious creamsheen dazzelglass. It was more opaque. The pigments look so pretty in the swatches but I hated the texture of both of them, not the smooth buttery goodness which made me love pigments so much in the first place.

i have shopped at the same mac since i was 16(21 now) and all of a sudden today a girl told me i couldn't put things on hold. they weren't doing it for the new collections... uhh excuse me? and then proceeded to tell me her managers weren't in. i happen to talk to both of the higher up managers sooo i'll be calling back. they always make it a point to tell me if i need anything to just call so it's a bit frustrating for her to do that. but meh i guess i'll try again in the morning. nothing more i can do

Really? That worries me... I was planning on putting things on hold from now on instead of ordering online.

Thank you! I do too! The MA at my counter is really nice, so she'll probably let me reserve from VV- that is the one I am worried about. I want so much that by the time I put everything in my online cart, I think some stuff would be sold out.
I hope you get a chance to see them, too. The only reason I was guaranteed them was because I pulled an all-nighter. I still haven't slept yet- just a few cat naps.

i think the girl just didn't know which way was up. the girls ALWAYS put stuff on hold for pro members(whether we can get or use our discount or not.) because it's just an added service. just like if i pull up to the back valet and call them they'll run it out to me
greaaaat for those days you're running and need to be at a gig and realize 'oh shit where is the eyeliner?!?!?!' haha <3 them there. so i'll update tomorrow.

So by some divine miracle I placed a successful order this morning!! I stayed up until like 5am (eastern time) and then set my alarm for 11am. I woke up around 8:30am because I had to use the potty, refreshed my ipod (which had the mac page already up incase of emergency!) and low and behold EVERYTHING WAS ONLINE!!
So I added everything to my cart (all 3 pigments with a backup of Partylicious), Stereo Rose, & Jazzed lipstick and paid for 2 day shipping as I'm leaving on Monday to go on vacation. My tracking says my package is only 1 state away. I'm sooo excited to get all of my goodies!! I regret not getting backup of Later, but I can always snatch it again in November

Glad you got to order what you liked. When I woke up to check the site this morning, Stereo Rose was already sold out (7:30am PST). I forgot to pay attention to this collection because of the madness of ITG. What a day!
I have to run (OK, drive) to the store on Thursday.

Mine said the same, but now it is saying it was an exception. So, it may get delayed a day. Even though I paid $10 for the overnight shipping.
