From what I was told the last couple of times I went to my local counters (different locations), Baby Sparks and Bare Necessity were two of the more popular shades. So if you really want either of these, make sure to add it to your mother's day wish list

First I said to myself I wouldn't buy any of these. Then I decided to at least check them out in person. Now I'm the proud owner of Comet Blue, Ms. Fizz, and Rags to Riches.

These things are gorgeous! The swatches online really don't do them justice, IMO. Ms. Fizz is the only one that I have worn, but I love it. Definitely need to email MAC to try and get them made permanent ^_^.

Bottom line... good value or overpriced?

I haven't got one yet, but there is less.

Dazzleglass = 1.92 g / 0.06 us oz

Lipglass = 4.8g / 0.17 oz

Off topic, but the IRS website gives you an idea of when to expect the check / direct deposit...

My collection went from 0 (and me swearing up and down that I hated them) to me now owning 9 of them (and loving them more than any other gloss I have)! I just can't stop!

The f/s by me said you can b2m for these! Too bad a lot of colors are sold out! I went the 2nd day and got the last comet blue and the last ms fizz. Who knows if anything is left by now. By Sunday they only had 6 of the 13 colors left in both a freestanding and a nordies!

I can't stop buying them either!! I purchased Date Night, Sugarrimmed and Pleasure Principle yesterday. I own 12 of them now and I have to literally stop myself from asking for another one when go to the MAC counter. But i use them up quick. My Comet Blue and Baby Sparks are almost used up.

Re: Dazzleglass Discussion

I wore Steppin Out today for the first time, and it is too corally orange on me. I went out into the sunlight, thinking the color might be better, but I didn't like it then either.

So today, I will be exchanging Steppin Out and Comet Blue for Sugarrimmed and Like Venus. I went out on a limb with these colors (which I shouldn't have because I always go back to the same colors) hoping they would work for me, and sadly they don't. I LOVE the formula of these though, and am glad I can exchange for other colors that will work better for me.

I got mine yesterday, it doesn't smell funny at all. Go check out. If it smell funny, exchange for a new one.

That's too bad Audrey. Well, you can get the other colors that you like. Its funny how a color can look so different on someone else. Steppin Out is such a pretty light watermelon pink on me....hmmm

Did you swatch/look at Bare Necessity? I'm not sure if I will like that color or not, but I wanted a nice natural color. I heard that one was really popular.

Yes, that one and Baby Sparks are still on my to-get list, but my counter is waiting for a restock on Bare Necessity. They are sold out. I am debating Baby Sparks instead of Like Venus for now. Do you have that one?

Yes, I have BS. It is a very, very pale light pink. It is really pretty. That one has been insanely popular. That one is probably one of my favorites over the pink/nude lipsticks. I think you would really like it

I swatched Bare Necessity, and I didn't really like it all that much. I thought the colors of the glitter particles overpowered the nude gloss part - they didn't really seem complementary. Baby Sparks is gorgeous...it's on my short list. I'm definitely going the e-bay route to try and save a few bucks.

Really...thats a bummer. There was a lady on Ebay that had some really good prices (i've ordered from her many times) but she raised the price on Baby Sparks because it was so popular

Just wait until you see them all in front of you - you might still want those two, but you might add another 3 or 4 to your wishlist!

I'm thinking that it's probably going to be a good thing that I won't be able to look at them all before I buy as I doubt I'd stick to just getting my original 3 choices ...
