Would the Ruby Woo liner be too light to use with Riri Woo? I'm tempted to get it but feel like I might need something darker.

it should still work just fine But Cherry may be better suited. I prefer cherry with Riri Woo imo.

Cyber world is one of those funny dark colors that make my lips look smaller. I haven't quite narrowed down what it is about them (cool toned, or just dark) that does that.

Got Fruit Cocktail today as a recommendation from a few Specktrettes! Especially to go with the W&D Collection Tumble Dry lipstick and other coral/peachish shades I have. I love it.

Lipstick is NYX Creamy Round Lipstick in Orange Soda.
