MAC Pressed Pigments -Ebay Buyer accused me of selling fakes!

OMG OMG OMG!! so i press my pigments and sell them on here and on ebay. So it goes without saying that all my pigments are AUTHENTIC. They all come from a freestanding MAC store, or a CCO. i keep all my receipts just to keep track of my money, but it also helps if i ever had to prove an item was real.

WELL- this chick bought 15 pressed pigs in a MAC palette from me on ebay. she never paid so after sending her a few invoices i emailed her to see what was up. she responds telling me she wanted it, but now that she realizes the "eyeshadows" are "fake" she doesn't want it anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, i like hit the roof (actually, i was very polite, but inside i was freaking out)! I take such care to make sure my stuff is authentic (i have some pigments i've received as gifts, and i know they are authentic (if grandma says she got them at saks- that's where she got them), but since i didn't purchase them myself i won't press and sell them)!

To have this random ebayer (with only 1 feedback) tell me my stuff is fake-- i am beyond offended!! It's not like she asked for receipts (which i encourage ppl to do in my ebay listing), or voiced her concern (both would have been completely acceptable and smart ebay buying)- no, she matter-of-factly informed me my pressed pigs are "fake". I am still in awe over this girl and i can't wait till she emails me back!

so, i know this is not the normal post for the "counterfeit MAC" section, but i needed to vent some where.

I can relate! It's often the people who have no idea about MAC that claim the fakes. I had a buyer tell me that the brush I sold her was fake because MAC only makes their brushes in Japan and the one she bought from me said France. Seriously??? I went on to explain that they make their brushes in Japan, France, USA and China etc etc and she came back with "OK thanks". I think sometimes they do it just to test sellers. Her first email was really nasty and the 2nd one was just OK thanks. I know it's hard but try not to take it personally!

Report her as refusing to pay. She probably either regrets her purchase or got in trouble for spending all that money and now wants out. Accusing you of selling fakes is her way of accomplishing that.

I'd so report her, and if ebay allows it, mention feedback on here and other sites...
She prolly just didn't wanna pay! Or she prolly thought they were actual eyeshadows, even though you may have a description, some people just don't freaking read
