Makeup recs for blue dress (see pics)

Hi everyone!

I've got a black tie event this weekend and I've got my outfit and accessories, but wanted some tips on what to do with my face and hair

I'm asian NC20/NC30 and have straight dark brown (almost black) hair that goes down to the bottom edge of my shoulderblades. Hair up or down? Can't decide!!!

This is the dress I'll be wearing. I've picked up these shoes and the clutch as well. (Click the thumbnail to enlarge the photo)

i would say go with a very light silvery shimmery blue on the lid and define your crease with a soft pruple.

olive green could look good.... I would never have thought that , but the olive green bag in the photo with the dress looks great .... I also agree agree with the silver and blue suggestion =)

you should curl your hair! i think it'd look super cute with that dress!
