My makeup is melting. Help!

So we recently moved to Okinawa. It's essentially a sauna. Iused a primer put fluidline on and topped it with carbon e/s and it still melted off my face. My foundation seems to stick around for as long as I can expect it to but I don't want to give up eyeliner.

Any recommendations?

Try MUFE HD finishing powder on top of it to set it and around the eye.

Hey girl! Where have you been!? Lemme know when you're free so we can get together or something! I use Clinique cream liner, or MAC Liquidlast. I have no suggestions if you want to stick with a traditional pencil liner since I've only used liquid and gel here! Talk to you soon!
