The types of questions ask will vary from person to person.

The RM will probably ask very specific and probing questions .. questions that will probably make you think a little harder than your previous interviews. I suggest familiarizing yourself with MAC's history as well as its charitable work. Specktra (and Google) are your friends in that situation.

I did a phone interview w/ my RM she asked a lot about specific retail situations. "Name a time you did..." or "Tell me about a time you had to..."
the questions were about dealing with customers and team members mostly.

Be prepared for a variety of questions. How you would deal with certain situations, what you think your strengths and weaknesses are, what you think your abilities are as an artist, the questions can really run the gamit. Just try to stay focused and give clear, thoughtful answers. Don't rattle on or get off subject. Be honest and sincere. Also, avoid "ums" and "likes". Good luck
