Nope, they most definitely do not ship to Australia.
However, there are companies that are happy to be your Australian address for a fee:
www.shopthestates.com
www.myus.com
etc...
Sephora.com also doesn't accept international credit cards but these companies will also provide a buying service for an extra fee.
However, if you shop sephora.com via www.amazon.com, they'll accept an Australian credit card but you'll still need a U.S. shipping address hence the above services are still required.
