I went to the Sephora at Stanford Shopping Center (Palo Alto, CA) today and had the most amazing customer service experience. I worked retail when I was at MAC over two years ago so I get the retail business. The girl who helped me was super sweet. She gave me samples of HD Invisible Cover Foundation and Josie Maran Argan Oil for my heat damaged hair.
