Yep they are! Pretty much any product released in a collection is LE. So far this year I think the only products newly released and permanent are most of the sheertone shimmer blushes, the new lip gelees and one of the blushcremes from Culturebloom (not Sweet William).
NEway, re: Sundressing, get them while you can! Summer Neutral and In Living Pink e/s's are sold out at any store I visit in my area, nevermind the pigments!
