Ulta Arch Expert, BeneFit..

Hey everyone!
I'm new to this site and this type of thing, so lets hope I do this right..

I have been going through an interview process at Sandy, Utah. Yesterday I had my third interview and she informed me that I will be doing one more interview with the BeneFit.. manager? They haven't given me a call for the date and that was yesterday she said that. I have never used their products or been around it much. It's actually my first time hearing of it and I don't shop much at Ulta, So it is all very new to me. Regional Manager told me to look into BeneFit a bit. What should I focus on learning about them?

I would also appreciate just any random advise or comments.
