I purchased Newly minted e/s when it came out. But my dumb ass just found it on a MAC bag on the day I purchased it. I actually forgot about this e/s. so I gave it a try and i dont know if it was me but this e/s is really...vague. I love the color but the formula blows. It started wearing off when I applied it over Painterly P/P. Good thing NARS Carioca saved me. But the thing is, that added shimmer. Newly minted definitely cannot be worn alone. How disappointing.

I did pack it on. My eye shader brush is just probably horrible (if you're talking about newly minted)
