you'd need a silver like electra, a white like gesso and a black like carbon and a dark bornw matte like brun. then some black liner and some false lashes

I do a very similar look using Silver Fog, Silver, and then Silver Ring and Carbon blended in. Blacktrack for liner then huuuuge lashes. The great thing with this look is that it's easy to keep blending and adding more highlighter/carbon to get the right balance. I'd recommend having a play with the look and seeing if you can make it look lighter/darker as well as more smokey or clear cut.
