For your son eye contact, friendly, but not huge type of friendly as hugging it out. Speak of the things he can do, acknowledge (if asked) but don't dwell on what he can't. In the States American Disabilities Act truly has helped so many to get jobs. As well as their future employers not dismissing them in the interview process. See what is the rights of special needs and have your son know what questions can't be asked.
Thank you both Makes a lot of sense what you both have said now I know where to start and how to prepare :))) brilliant !!!!! Thank you x I'm hoping he be ok thank you xx

It should be fine BC----especially after you wash it---just smooth/reshape the bristles. ENJOY!!!!!

That is crazy---Nordies does that too. It just seems so wasteful.

You wash with warm water and a mild soap. Rinse well. Squeeze out the excess water. Then twirl around on top of a FLUFFY towel that is dry. Using your finger just form back into the shape it was. It will fluff back out. It will seem flat, do not fret.

Perhaps you can review questions that you think he might be asked, encourage him to make eye contact, etc.  I hope it goes well:hug:

My Mom misplaced the incredible diamond watch my Daddy gave her. Tore the house apart could not find it anywhere. She hauled her butt and finally an exact one and dropped a boatload so my father would not have a meltdown. Then when he got sick, my brother was here, moved the huge dog crates we have in the doggy office. (Doesn't everyone have an office for their dogs?) Anyway found the missing watch. Then of course we had the time the Viszla we owned grabbed my Mom's hand and somehow the center diamond of her engagement ring popped off and the dog ate it. For two days dear ole Dad had to go through doggy poo to find it!!!! Mama told him, see, having a large center stone makes it easier to find.
Gosh things always turn up in unexpected places even after tearing the house apart Wow diamond watch I so want a tag diamond watch erm I think not lol I really want to get a micheal Korrs watch though would love one I think :)

Glad you're enjoying Pink Glow!!!!
Maybe I'll start with two or three of Mr.Ford's beautiful eyeshadow brushes. But they're so terribly expensive too! Can't he release something like those discount sets other companies regularly have? My Bobbi Browns are all from LE holiday sets, mostly brushes with shorter handles, which I generally like more anyway.

Also stating he is willing to learn and is excited for new opportunities for him to engage in. Will be flexible and willing to fill other shifts if need be. Transportation will not be an issue. Make sure he is dressed well, clean shaven (facial hair is OK, it is 12:00 shadow, not a good thing), hair comb. Personal grooming habits speak volumes for any job interview. Speak clearly and do not call the interviewer "Dude" or "What's up"

My Mom is allergic to metal unless it is stainless steal or 18k gold. I bought her a Kors watch and she got pinhead water blisters within hours under it. Even though it was loose and was like a bracelet.

Several years ago during the Nordie's Anniversary sale he sold his brushes with a case. He pulled it, based on his concern of bacteria on the lining of the case. Same price as if you purchased one at a time. Doubt you will ever see Mr. Ford, Chanel, have a discount. Mama has been buying Chanel cosmetics since like 1975, never, ever a sale!!!!

His brushes do fit in the McEvoy brush set box. Which I got when I bought a set since I just wanted one brush, but it was only sold in a set. His handles are not as long as most MAC face brushes, or Chanel.

Bacteria? That sounds a bit strange, since other companise don't seem to see any problems with brush cases.
But thanks for the info about the handles! Shorter than MAC would be exactly what I want.

Urgh! I just put all the eyeshadow brushes into the Douglas online basket - almost 260€!! But at least not the outrageous sum I expected. So, well ....... I have to think about it ....

Exactly. Hold the brush downward when you wash it to avoid getting water into the ferrule. Make sure it's well rinsed, again positioning the brush with the bristles pointing
down and gently squeeze the excess water out with your fingers. Reshape it with your fingers. I dry my brushes using a Benjabelle Brush Tree so the bristles are always
down and the brushes dry faster.

Mr. Ford is a germ freak. He felt the unwashed brushes resting on a porous material could be a breeding ground for bacteria. Actually he is correct. If you use a cream or liquid product with a brush. Then place this brush with just a smidgen of moisture after it was used to go over your face. It has picked up a cells. Then place in a dark, warm cozy environment like an enclosed makeup carrier bacteria will grow. Biology 101.....Which is why I wash my brushes after ever use. Yes, I am germ freak. For my job I have to be.

Hmm, I understand the concern if the brush was used with some liquid. And I wash my brushes almost after every use too, certainly the ones I've used with foundation. If I only use powder, I use them two or three times. But putting a brush in a case after using it with anything wet, who'd do that??

I store the used ones in a Game-of-Thrones cup (with a very grim looking Jaime Lannister on it - it's almost as if he wants to say "You spend too much money on makeup, lady!"

), until they are washed.

Elegant, that would piss me off enough to disturb my sleep too. What a crap situation. I hope when you file the complaint that the police decide to look into it. Definitely mention that the store staff refused to go through their own surveillance video but that they told you someone higher up CAN do that, but that they did little to help you get that done.
