Hello what is the best job for estheticians in terms of benefits and work ease/quality/hours

hello im looking into a couple different jobs. 1. Working at a BENEFIT brow bar for either ULTA, NORDSTROM, MACY'S, or any other store not specified

2. working at ULTA for the DERMALOGICA skin bar

3. Working at an independent BENEFIT boutique.

Once again, the pay is not important for me. I dont care if one job pays 9 an hour, and the other pays 15. I dont care about the pay at all.

Im more concerned about good benefits for part time workers like health, dental ,vision pet auto, 401k retirement,

and a stress free job! Not carrying and lifting heavy things, not having to skip lunch break, no heavy sales goals, standing for hours, Flexible schedule. Weekends off, things like that.

If you are looking for those kind of benefits you won't get any of those at ulta
weekends can't be off either
goals are high for esthetician and you will beside doing treatments have to sell skincare on the floor too

so no ulta? I read reviews online and they said there werent enought benefits but if you look on ultas website it says they give out those same benefits.

Only full times get benefits. I never used my benefits but if you were a FT manager you got a certain set of benefits and if you were a brow specialist, esthetician, etc there is another set of benefits. Both jobs definitely have goals. Our estheticians never stuck around too long to grow their business. Our brow specialists though were on fire. They were able to build their business and negotiate their pay.

In both positions, you would be responsible for sales in addition to your specific brand's business but also within the department. You will probably do some physical lifting with shipments and also have responsibilities in booking appointments in other brand's events. Neither are real cushy jobs. Benefit is 100% standing and Dermalogica you would only sit during services. You would likely not get weekends off. You would have more of set schedule so you can book follow-up appointments.
