I know this is barely relevant but this is my halloween look using matte MAC shadows, eyelash glue (for the skin/scars), redd lip liner, and glamour daze for the "healthy part"/

I used the champagne one on lid, and the lilac one as a highlighter blended with my blush. this is an amazing discovery BTW

this is my halloween look on a bidget. I could only afford to be 1/3 zombie lol. I dont have any money after my glamour daze stuff, so I decided not to dress up and do something simple.
Love this!

Maybe not as close as I thought, but I love Innocence! Top - Pleasureseeker Middle - Innocence Bottom - Cut A Caper

^ Piarpreet, have you ever seen "2 Broke Girls"? I keep wanting to say you really remind me of Max. Cool make up too! :)

I already wrote reviews for Whisper of Gilt and Superb a couple of months ago for the Extra Dimension collection, here are the swatches again. It might help someone? Not the best pictures I know, these pics are old. lol

And I'm wearing Superb on my cheeks (old pic too):

beautiful! i miss WOG the first time and manage to grab 3 this time (so worried that I would miss it again, I preorder from 2 places - nordstroms and MAC, 3 may be a bit more this time? Will see how soon it will touch the pan). So glad that i got them, love them more than FMarilyn bp. Exactly the glow I want, love it after petticoat

pleasureseeker has become one become one of my default lippies too! Love Long Distance and pleasure seeker are my go to's
I picked up Tall, Dark & Handsome, and I backed up Innocence. I wore Innocence today and fell in love! It is a gorgeous peach shade and the glittery particles are so fine and pretty. I want to compare it to Pleasureseeker. Just off the top of my head today when I put it on, it reminded me of a less sheer version of Pleasureseeker! I was excited about this because Pkeasureseeker has become my default lippie!

I picked my stuff up today at my MAC counter as well as exchanged something for another item and Back2Mac'd for a lippie too.

Here are my thoughts:

The brushes....I got the pink advanced set and I'm SO GLAD I did! I've avoided getting the holiday brush sets prior to now because of mixed reviews but I couldn't resist this set as I can use it for a full face. They're SO SOFT and they aren't shedding at all! And the bag is cute too! If you're debating you can stop now. :D

Beauty Lipstick.....I'm a sucker for nude lipsticks and this one is a pinky/lavendar nude on me. I'm like it so far but I think I'll like it more with a liner and a gloss over it. It seems a bit more pigmented than most of the other glazes but I'm not complaining.

Catch My Eye Fluidline.......I'm also a sucker for taupes. I went back and forth on this one, but I'm thrilled with it!!! The color is AWESOME and it will work both as a liner and as a base for shadows for me! FINALLY a good taupe fluidline! I do have Added Goodness from Shop Shop Shop Cook Cook Cook which is a deeper, browner taupe to my eye (even though it is described as blackened mauve) but this is totally different!

I exchanged a Fix + (my sensitive skin was going nuts with it.....) for the Fabulousness Neutral palette. I love the packaging! I love the colors too! I'll have to play with them some, a few of them seem a little chalky but I'll be able to get them to work I'm sure.

I may have to go back and pick up a few more things depending on how money is. I'm still debating on ordering the sets on the 8th....I really want the crushed metals and lipglosses but my eyes have been acting up and the crushed metals in particular are really bothersome right now.
I can tell I am going to cave and get the pink brushes. Its fated.

I'm alternately bummed and happy right now...my wallet is happy but I had such a bad experience today at my local MAC counter...they were incredibly rude to me. I got most of what I wanted from online this week but really wanted to see a couple things in person before I purchased. I walked out empty handed!

As an aside, I haven't read through all (almost 600!) posts since I was last on, but if no one has mentioned it yet the Divine Desire Quite Coral is so incredibly amazing.

It's a really good idea to use matte shadows. I love the vampire tutorial Dustin Hunter posted for Halloween this year and this kinda reminds me of that except he used cream products I think but usually the little Halloween cream makeup sets are not very good quality.

Belk may be a little slow to ship, but they are reliable from my experience with them and they pack stuff so it doesn't break. TBH, best careful packaging of fragile makeup I have seen from ANY retailer. I am going to stick to them for all of my orders not directly from MAC from now and on. No kidding. I was impressed and they used the regular post office, so no hassles like I get with UPS.
I don't find it that bad. T needs to clean a brush once in a while and maybe her e/s wouldn't be "so hard to work with". They don't apply themselves. Its a matte, not a VP.
I can tell I am going to cave and get the pink brushes. Its fated.

Thanks, that's good to know. I still think I'm passing on all the e/s palettes.

Satin Taupe from the Smoky palette looks totally different from the perm one. Weird.

Just be sure to check your bank statements! They charged me twice for my MM order and I think that might have happened to others on this board!

Am I the only one who is confused? T says the smoky palette is the worst, but in other reviews I read it was the best out of the 3 :s

Now I don't know if I should get the neutral or the smoky palette :s

Edit: oké just realised she thinks the neutral one is even worse :p

Are they really that bad? I loved the smoky palette in other swatches

Lol, thanks! Nightmoth is still a "new" pencil for me. I haven't played with it yet, but plan to next month. I don't have Burgundy yet. I want to see how it looks next to Mahogany and Brick. I don't have those either.
I just got my GD order today and I rather like Night Moth with Dramatic Encounter

The funny thing is that now that I've seen pictures and swatches of the fabulousness sets from Temptalia I want one of those cute palettes*___* but I can't understand if they are good or bad... every blogger says something different and I can't swatch them in store (too far from here)... I want one, but I'm undecided ^^
