Thank you for telling us! going in an hour to my sephora to get more items I wanted

I called a few places about seven sephora's by me and six of them said they received the products but can't sell them to me. Then I called my local mall as a last resort they never get anything in on time. But they did and they laughed when they said they weren't supposed to sell it to me till the launch date which she didn't mention.
I hope you have some kind workers who will pull the stuff you want!

The one I'm at right now the workers are super nice! they even had the Cinderella palette! I bought the last one! :D super happy! bought a back up of the mirror and palette. :))

I was mistaken about my Rouge status. Turns out I have reached Rouge level. I forgot that there are some missing transactions that don't appear on my account, so my $200 estimate was incorrect. The $55 amount that I mentioned previously was really all I needed and I reached that with the purchases I made yesterday.

I wish! I'm no where near 5000 or 10,000 points. I haven't traded in my points for anything yet, but this makes me want to stockpile them like Scrooge McDuck.

Lol!! I though I was way closer to reaching the next level but I guess not lol! haven't been shopping at sephoras as much asi thought i guess! maybe I'll reach it soon who knows lol

I picked up the Ariel Palette today along with my new VIB Rouge card. It's pretty.





Your store got the Ariel collection?? Every store I call is different, one said they have nothing, one has perfume but not everything and told me to call again monday, another said "yes but we can't sell it until, august" really? ugh.

The store I went to doesn't have everything from the collection yet, but they had what I needed to buy. It does all depend on the store and their policies, so it does make things more nerve wracking to try and get what you want. For some reason, none of that bothers me.

I find it a pain for each store to have a different policy when they are the same chain, it makes things much more confusing and time is wasted having to find things out. Plus SA never seem to be well versed in their products or lines. They tell me to look online, it was released... do they not know it sold out in two seconds? And some tell me oh we can't sell it until August or it won't be here until August while others tell me they get products in soon after online release so it should be any day. It's frustrating.
