Am I considered a WOC? I am half white, a quarter Japanese and a quarter Colombian. I am a weird tint and I can't put my finger on it. I seriously look into the mirror and ask, "am I yellow or olive?". Could I have both Olive and Yellow tones?? Or just one? I am lost, please help!

What is the best concealer out there? One that lasts long, isn't cakey, and has aweseome coverage. I currently use MUFE lift concealer and like it....but I think there is better out there.
