Anyone else have problems ordering on the MAC 800 # today?

This morning I was on hold for thirty minutes. I finally had to give it up and go to work. I tried again this afternoon, and got a message saying the customer service center was closed for meeting.

I thought that was insane for a big release date.

I had that happen to me the other day, but it clicked then rang again, and I got a message saying they were not there or something. Ole girl must be swamped!

Oh, I was talking to a friend there a few days ago and she warned me not to call on June 2 because the whole place would be at a meeting.

Today will be a zoo, I am sure!
