Best use for 189 brush?

I would love some advice regarding the 189 brush. I picked up a 183 and a 189 this weekend at the CCO near me. The 183 is self explanatory, but I rarely hear talk of the 189. Is that typically used for liquid foundations like the 190 brush?

It's a mystery for me as well. I use it to pat Mineralize Skinfinishes onto the highest planes of the cheekbones. I have heard some people use it to blend mineralize lose all over the face, but I have had trouble using it to blend. Its definitely not made to overly blend of buff. I am interested in how other people use this brush as well.

I use it for applying MSFs like you said, Bunny, but also to apply my MSF natural or Blot powder.

My MA used it to apply the new foundation on my face and it was perfect then she buffed it out with the 187...loved the finish
