So over time I have come to a conclusion and just needed to voice my thoughts. Haha!
So yes makeup has some basic "rules", but everyone knows rules can be broken and makeup can still look fabulous. I find that a lot of people talking negatively about wearing black eyeliner around the whole eye - instead of leaving the inner part liner-free in order to make the eye look bigger/open it up. I think that an eye lined all the way around is an underrated thing! I always line my top lid 3/4 of the way to open my eyes up until I realized that it actually looks better lined all the way around.
I feel like black really makes the colour of any eye pop - even my browns! I'm not saying slather it on, but a thin black line done tastefully lining the whole eye can be productive I think. Such a weird thing to rant about but I wanted to throw it out there
