I know that it is normal for some to have cellulite on hips and upper legs, but is it normal to have them on lower legs? I have cellulite on my lower legs, in the back under my kness and down (the fleshy part). Even when I lose weight, they are still there and even more noticable? Why did this happen and how can I cure this? It is really unflaterring on my legs. I can't wear anything that reveals the legs without it being noticed if you are close to my legs.
